On Saturday the 5th of June 2010, Neophyte will tremble the Turbinenhalle grounds during the new hardcore concept “Neophyte – Live and Loud!”.
Neophyte doesn’t need much of an introduction. He has been delivering quality hardcore for years, starting in 1993 to be exact. As a DJ he has been active since the very beginning of the hardcore scene, and together with Danny Greten and Jarno Butter he’s responsible for the infamous Neophyte live-act. Any respected hardcore event on this planet has invited him, even more times he came back again.
Now it’s time for his first solo concept in Germany, called “Live and Loud!”. He invites more than 50 DJ’s and Live-acts to make this night one to remember.
On the main stage he will deliver back to back sets with other hardcore heroes such as Evil Activities, Tommyknocker, Nosferatu, The Viper and Partyraiser. He will compete as a live act with one of the top producers of this moment, Tha Playah! They have produced several hardcore anthems such as “Still Nr 1” and “The Ultimate Project”. Currently they are working on a new track which will be released on the "Live and Loud" 12 inch on Neophyte Records, of which its release date is planned around this event.
To complete this night, there are three more areas. You can go nuts on early rave and happy hardcore tunes in area 2 with DJs like Panic, Paul Elstak, Dune and Darkraver. In Area 3 we have the sound of Terror. Men like: Drokz, Noisekick and Hate Division ensure that they will put your fitness to the test. Area 4 hosts freestyle with DJ's like D-ceptor, DJ Mad and Newstyler.
In addition to this varied line-up there will be a lot of attention to light, sound and decoration. There is special "Live and Loud" and Neophyte Records decoration (remember the two giant Neophyte inflatables) and a whole new light show. Nobody has to worry about the most important thing, the sound. There is no sound limit in Germany and this is guaranteed, and yes, this is a promise!
Will Neophyte survive these 10-hours without getting injured? As we all know his performances can get pretty rough. Also, the other artists will put him to the test. Who knows, almost 20 years of performing experience might drag him through again ... Neophyte - Live and Loud!
